Rates are quoted in USD.
All rates quoted are net prices and are inclusive of 10% service charge,
Maldivian Bed tax, presently USD8.00 per person per night regardless of age
and 6% GST. In the event of a revision in bed tax or GST and introduction of any
other taxes, the same will be added to the above rates.
Rates include full American & Japanese breakfast. Maximum occupancy per room is two (2) adults and one (1) child under 12 years or 3 adults.
Additional charges for children below 3 years will be US$ 8.00 and US$ 64.00 for children above 3 years - 12 years will be charged and inclusive of breakfast and bed tax sharing in the parents room.
Extra bed and baby cots are available free of charge and subject to availability. Day use room is valid for 9 hrs during the day. Day use checkout time is 2230hrs irrespective of hours of stay

Airport Transfer:
Transfer from airport to hotel vv is on complimentary basis.
Male Transfer:
Complimentary ferry transfers between Male to hotel operated by the hotel at stipulated times.
Period of Occupancy:
Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy after 14.00 hours on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12.00 hours. Late checkout is subject to room availability. Rooms used beyond 12.00 hours on the day of departure will be charged at day room rate.
Cancellation:
All cancellation of reservation should be notified to the hotel 15 days in advance from the date of arrival. In the event the cancellation period is less than the specified period there will be 100% of cancellation fee will be levied to the total room nights reserved.
Guarantee:
All reservations held until 6pm unless guaranteed by advance payment or deposit.
Payments:
All payments should be made by US$ or accepted currencies in Maldives. We accept Master, Visa, American Express and JCB credit cards.
